New Applications & Managed Forest Plans
The following fee structure is for the preparation of a new application and the development of a Managed Forest Plan for entry into the MFTIP program. See MFTIP Planning Services.
MFTIP Service Fee Schedule (Plans) *

51 to 100 acres
|
$700 for the first 50 ac. + $8.00 per ac. thereafter
|
101 to 200 acres
|
$1,100 for the first 100 ac. + $7.00 per ac. thereafter
|
Examples:
A 75 acre property $700 + $200 (25 ac. x $8.00) = $900.00
A 100 acre property $700 + $400 (50 ac. x $8.00) = $1,100.00
A 150 acre property $1,025 + $350 (50 ac. x $7.00) = $1,375.00 A 200 acre property $1,025 + $700 (100 ac. x $7.00) = $1,725.00 | |

10-Year Managed Forest Plan Renewal
If you are already participating in the MFTIP program and your existing Forest Management Plan is up for renewal, please refer to the MFTIP Service Fee Schedule above.
* Note – the fees listed above may vary depending on the complexity of the forested area, access and travel distance to the property. Prices do not include applicable taxes (HST). Please contact us to confirm the cost of preparing a plan.

Grants – if you reside within the rural boundaries of the
City of Ottawa or the watershed of the Rideau Valley Conservation Authority you may qualify for a grant to have a management plan developed
for your forested property. Further
